HOW DO I BOOK?​

You can contact us via email, phone, text, social media or complete the Booking Form on our website. We also have a chat feature available too!

We will obtain a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due a week before your affair. Most of our picnic experiences start at $250 for two guests. Prices are adjusted based on party size and decor. 

 

If you book a week before your event date then the full payment will be required at the time of your booking. Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I BOOK MY PICNIC AFFAIR? 

​We will work with you to create a theme or you can choose one of the themes from our website. The day of your affair, we will have your luxury picnic experience ready at the agreed time. Once the setup is complete, we leave you and your guest(s) to enjoy your affair. Please note, you are responsible for the picnic items until we return for pack up. All picnic items belong to My Picnic Affair any loss or damage to the items will be charged for accordingly.

 

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

​​Yes, feel free to provide your own food and beverages. My Picnic Affair is not responsible for any food allergies, illness and/or reactions to items provided. (PLEASE NOTE: Red wine or other items that could stain rental items are not permitted.) Stains to linen and picnic items will be cleaned and sanitized. However, severe stains may result in professional cleaning charges. 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION AND/OR RAIN CHECK POLICY?

Cancellation Policy: There are NO REFUNDS. Our bookings are non-refundable once paid. The same applies to our 50% retainer. However, we understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us and we will attempt to reschedule your picnic affair for another date & time if applicable.  You may reschedule within a 3-month period. If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances, we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Rescheduling due to other circumstances is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.

Rain Check Policy: In the event of bad weather conditions or projected rain, you have the option to reschedule or change location if you let us know three (3) days before your affair. You will have 3 months to reschedule your affair. 

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
A travel fee will apply for locations over 30 miles from zip code 91350.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?
Gift vouchers are the perfect way to spread the love! My Picnic Affair gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are not redeemable for cash. Rescheduling using a gift voucher will only be granted one time. Expiry dates will not be extended. 

 

Our gift vouchers can be used on any day except:

New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
